Simple, yet delicious! After cooking school, I have really come to appreciate each individual ingredient and I really believe that this recipe below highlights the beauty of these potatoes! Instead of coating them in sour cream or yogurt, I decided to keep this recipe light with a burst of fresh herbs.
Inspired by the vegetables and herbs growing in my backyard, this pasta dish incomparably encompasses the flavors of summer. Even though I must admit I love to indulge in a overly cheesy baked spaghetti dish, the brightness of the ripe tomatoes and savoriness of the garlic in this recipe are simply all you need.
When thinking of steak and eggs you probably imagine a large, greasy meal of meat and eggs. Well it doesn’t have to be that way. Steak and Eggs can be a healthy start to your day when the right ingredients are used, and given that they are cooked in a smart way.
One of my favorite memories at Ballymaloe Cookery School was walking into the green house with the feeling of just stepping into a rain forest of tomato vines from floor to ceiling. It’s delicious both raw and cooked. Read more
