What is this whole Matcha craze? Matcha tea is a powder of stoneground whole tea leaves, that provide valuable minerals and antioxidants.  Matcha tea holds powerful arsenal of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids in a way no other green tea can. Actually, a fun fact, 10 cups of green tea equals one cup of Match tea in the amount of antioxidants you receive!

This easy to make smoothie bowl is something that you can change up and get creative with every morning. A small scoop of Match powder in your smoothie every day is a tasteless way to add several key vitamins and minerals to your diet.  It’s so import to start your day off with a filling, but also vitamin packed breakfast, and a smoothie is probably the quickest way to make sure that happens!   • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 Cup of Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp of Match tea powder
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Toppings- Your preference, but I recommend chia seeds, slivered almonds, walnuts, goji berries, flax seeds, granola, coconut, or even more fruit!


Add all of the ingredients into a blender or single serve blender and blend together until it reaches a smooth thick consistency. (The avocado will give it an airy texture). You are always welcome to add more ice or more almond milk depending on what you prefer!

Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your preferred toppings! Don’t be afraid to get creative!
